Called many of these Arborist and for the most part, they are all flakes, I called, set up appointments, left messages for others and they all flaked on me, could not pay anyone if I tried, the excuses from some of them were funny, because they would use the same weak excuse not to do their job. This company, the owner called me from the beach on vacation and helped me out, now that is dedication A++++. Great guy. Thank you...

Very disappointed with their work. The owner was very rude to my wife I when I asked about their work. Have had a lot of tree work done at my property, and this was the worst. Will never hire them again. I had read good things about them on Yelp, but my experience was just the opposite. Hired them to take down two trees next to and over the house. I didn't see the whole operation; however, what I saw was bad. They dropped large sections to the lawn, which would be bad, except I had informed them of watering system in the lawn. I also saw them drop a section on my front porch (hand poured concrete with a bull nose edge & hand made iron railing). Was told that was the only one they did; however, there were other marks on the steps similar to the one I saw made from the section I saw fall (you be the judge). The crew left large uncut sections sitting around the front yard after they said they were done (too big for me to cut with my 18 in chainsaw). Also, the second tree to be taken down in the back of my house, they left several 6+ foot sections at the base of the tree sitting in my bed of Jasmine. These were way to thick for me to cut, so I had to have them go back after they said they were done and cut those as well. Note: Another unusual coincidence was that the electric power line from the street the metal neutral return cable was found broken after their work, which was right above where the several large sections were laying on the ground. This I found out after they left and can't say that they did it; however, it's a strange coincidence (you be the judge).
