      image All Neighborhood Healthcare locations have the same issue. I don't see the point of booking an appointment 3-4 weeks in advanced and still have to wait over an hour to be seen. This is the same reason people from Escondido prefer to drive to San Marcos or Vista and be seen at a different clinic. My appointment was at 8:45 am they asked me to check in at 8:30 am. It's already 10:30 am. and they still don't have a room available for me. I'm supposed to get blood work done and they asked me to be fasting. This is ridiculously, and I bet in a couple of hours later they will write a general response back about: "they apologize for the inconvenience and please send further details at our webpage" I have done several negative feedback and no one has called or emailed me back. This shows how much they care about their "feedback" and improving service.
