I wish I could give zero stars please dont come here! This place is the worst place ever. I wish i should have just listen to the reviews. 30 minutes prior my appointment they call me to cancel it because the dr.Irene OH went over my chart and decide she couldnt help me with my case like what!!!! Why they didnt said that first place. I drove 2 hours for them to cancel it 30 minutes before. No wonder they have such bad reviews.. If you guys want to save time and money dont come here I REPEAT DONT COME HERE!!

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appt. as they asked. I confirmed my insurance information. Was told I would be called in a couple of minutes. After 20 or 25 minutes, I went to the reception and was then told they were running an hour late. If i'm an hour late they would charge me and not service me that day. You don't have to schedule appointments so close to each other because you are always late.

The 2-star average here is very accurate! The staff is incredibly rude and terrible at their jobs, in particular someone named Kiara but really everyone I've talked to, which is so different from every other healthcare office I've been to. They have a 7-month wait for appointments and 45 minutes of hold time for calls too lol! If you fax something to them, they'll for sure lose it and you'll have to send it over 5 times before it's received. Just an awful place, I wish I had found another neurologist ages ago and I've told all my other doctors to never refer anyone to them.

I am a local San Diego Physician, and I was refused booking for an EMG paying cash by the Neurology Center and told that I had to go through my insurance. I am unable to walk, and I have called the scheduling department multiple times only to be treated rudely by the whole team including a woman named Leticia. This is an absolute disgrace that this company treats local physicians this way when they just need help scheduling the next study for their health. I hope that the CEO of the Neurology Center is aware of this massive problem in blocking patient care.

This is the most incompetent medical office I've ever seen.  They don't answer the phone, they won't return a call and it's almost impossible to make an appointment.  If you do get to see a doctor, they are just phoning it in.  It's run by a giant corporation that functions as an insurance mill.  Billing your insurance is the only thing they care about, and the only thing they do enthusiastically.  The doctor staff has a lot of turnover; it must be one of the worst jobs they can get when they are done with school and training.  If you have a serious problem and you care about getting good help, find a real neurologist that actually practices medicine somewhere else.
