        The T-Mobile Rep at this store flat out said they wouldn't be able to help me without even letting me finish my concern first. I had to call a T-Mobile representative to have my concerns done.

        This is the WORST customer service ever. Laguna branch, Elk Grove. We waited for over 45 minutes just to be seen. Just to fix a iPhone and then wait some more to reset the phone. Finally they just said it was too late to upgrade because they were closing. HORRIBLE!

        I never give places reviews but after 5 hours and coming back twice for information that could have been said within 5 minutes it’s desperately in need of one first off when everything was set and done turns out they don’t even have the phone the time was wasted on on top of the fact they wanted to charge as if it was a higher end model even though it’s the basic one. Avoid this place bad service and completely waste of time, pathetically operated like a used car dealership from Oakland.
