        I went into the Cricket store and the employee there was very helpful to us he was able to fix my phone email problem and now everything is working great I'll refer my Family and Friends to this Cricket store for sure because of the Awesome service we received from the employee thank you so much for your Support God Bless you and your Store Mr.Lawrence Gallow

        Avoid this store and go to another! I went to this store the other night and explained that I wanted their $30 5G plan. The sales rep told me that the only way I could have that plan was by first purchasing their most expensive plan and then downgrading the following month. After looking around online, I found that this was untrue. As the sales rep didn't seem brand new or incompetent, I can only assume that he was lying to boost his monthly numbers which feels extremely petty. I ultimately went to another location and was able to pick the plan I wanted without issue.
