Nicole is Amazing! Me and my husband loved our home buying experience, thanks to her and her team! She and Liz made it so easy and responded right away when we had any questions! This was our first time buying a house and we will definately come back to her in the future. Id like to share my experience with you. In 2021, I began house hunting and was disappointed with my initial lender, as big commercial companies often prioritize their wealthy clients, which wasn't the case for me.
I was introduced to Nicole through Feagley Realtors during the pandemic when getting immediate help from a lender was challenging due to high demand. Nicole promptly handled my paperwork and assisted me in securing a very good first loan as a first-time home buyer. The remarkable part is that it was all done over the phone and email; I only met Nicole in person after the closing.
Fast forward two years later, I returned to Nicole's to strategize my second loan. Without the advice and attention Nicole provided the second time around, I'm unsure if I could have obtained another excellent loan for a second property.
Nicole and her team worked wonders for a blue-collar worker like myself, hailing from Richmond with little money but a dream. I'll forever be grateful to Nicole and her team for turning my real estate dreams into reality.
I hope to return to her office for loan #3 when the time is right, God willing. I strongly encourage you to consider talking to my lender.

Nicole and her team made my mortgage refinance as painless as possible. We had quite a difficult case with self employment documentation issues and Nicole was able to guide us through and get creative with making things possible. It was very refreshing to do the refi process (which can be tedious and overwhelming) with a real and down to earth person, rather than a corporate bank robot. I want to emphasize that this company can make your homeowner dreams come true. First time? Low credit scores? Other issues? I had them all and my husband and I bought a house and have refied several times with US Financial. Do yourself a favor and check here first
