Really antiquated bank I have banked with them for years and progressively have gotten more and more annoyed with the service. I wonder if the bank is on the verge of closing.

No work ethics nor customer service is needed to become a bank teller. I was in line with my daughter to deposit some coin rolls. The teller was slouching on his chair looks at me, stands up like hes force to do so, nods his head and signals me to come here with his index finger. All of that just to hear about the coin rolls are short and wrapped incorrectly with the wrong wrapper. At least put effort in providing customers with other alternatives, What a joke. Whoever is in charge, educate Christopher about customer service and let your employees eat sour candies while at work. The facial expressions dont help in this case.

very friendly clerk, grade branch manager. They helped me when I went to the bank one minute before they close. That was a greatexcellent customer service. They listen to my request carefully and helped me in the The best way that they could. Thank you so much for your customer service.
