Complete scum bags. I lived on one of their properties for two years. I was informed that they would be paying the water/sewer/trash bill. My rent at one point was even raised due to the water usage going up. After moving out, I received a bill from the city stating that I was responsible for $3,500 in utility bills because they hadn't been paid. Erickson Realty had strolled into the city office and told them I was responsible for it and that was that. I had no recourse to fight it since I no longer had the paperwork. At no point did Erickson & Associates contact me about the mess up, attempt to resolve it with more or anything.
Bottom line, rent elsewhere or start saving your money for when they screw you over when you move out.
