I live at his apartment complex on 2075 cottonwood circle. Multiple residents have complained about his managers behavior including me. He's aggressive. Belligerent. Has come and threatened me physically on multiple occasions I've called the police and the landlord refuses to do anything about it. The managers wife has hit my vehicle purposely and the police ruled it a "traffic collision " . I am scared for the safety of my family and there is a protective order in the works for said manager and the landlord still refuses to do anything about it. Absolutely ridiculous behavior by both manager and landlord. Do not move to this complex. I am not the first resident to leave because of his actions.

Good morning I have lived here for the past 3 years and I have never had a problem with the manager and his wife, they are the sweetest persons I have ever meet I get off work at 2am get home around 2:30 am 3 am and most of the time I forget my apartment key I always call them at that time and they come open my door with out a problem and a smile every time I need help or have a question with my apartment they come help me. They make living here so much easy for us. It is very sad that you make stuff up and describe the manager and his wife that way when are not like that. If Rj has any questions he can come talk to me and ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX and we can say the truth that we have never had any problems with the manager and his wife they do a wonderful job here at the apartments and respect the apartment tents thats what matters most. We really appreciate it all the work that the manager does here and that's why I would not want to move to another place because I know I would not find another manager like him.

Found many errors in his appraisal, which is probably why he was so far off on his appraisal. Refused to fix it. Hired a second appraiser (who wasn't aware of the contract price), and came back A LOT closer to contract price. While we couldn't use that second appraisal to close this deal, it let us know to walk away from the deal so that we could get a different appraiser.
