A great car buying experience with great customer service! I found the car I have been looking for for quite a while so I gave Tom a call and had a friend check it out who lives in San Diego before I showed up. He was very friendly and helpful and held the car when I mentioned I was driving down from the Bay area to get the car. Also, they are sending me the extra stock parts in case the aftermarket parts ever need to be taken off.

We purchased a vehicle here about 5 months ago and I must say they were very helpful. We did the deal over the phone because we live 2 1/2 hours away. The reason I give 4 starts rather than 5 is because they didnt quite clarify everything that was broken in the vehicle and they noted on their site the vehicle had cooling seats (which was a huge selling point for us being that we live in the desert where we have 120° weather) so when we got there the lumbar didnt work, and it had no cooling seats! But the vehicle was beautiful so we purchased it anyway. Plus they were so nice and helpful when we got there that we brushed off the couple of things that bothered us. Lol but overall, they made the deal happen so we left happy!

This review was LONG overdue!- I bought a car from David a few months ago and WOW! This place is as good as it gets. I did not feel pressured, he gave me exactly what I was looking for and the price was exactly as negotiated. It was quick and painless, I was in and out of there in no time! And plus, its been a while since this original YELP Review and my car still works FABULOUSLY.. So... seriously, if you need to buy a car Look no further! I mean they aren't called Auto Proz for nothing, right?

Top notch car buying experience. Tom and Mo were friendly and easy going and this was the best, easiest car purchase experience I've ever had. Would 100% recommend Auto Proz to anybody that wants to purchase a clean, reliable car in a zero pressure environment. The whole process felt like purchasing a car from a family friend.
