I visited a few weeks ago to look at a few cars that I had picked out online. I showed up around 3 hours before closing on a Saturday. I was originally interested in a Blue Audi A3. Apparently it was recently vandalized and couldn't be test driven. I asked the sales rep who was helping me for a card, and he said he didnt have any, so he took my information down and said he would reach out to me as soon as insurance cleared the vehicle to be driven again. He assisted me with viewing a few other cars on the lot. I found another car I wanted to test that same day. He seemed put off my by request and ultimately said it wasn't possible, but if I really wanted to, we could do a "quick one." I said it's fine. I told him I still wanted to check out the Blue A3 when it was ready. I called back in a few days later to check on the A3 and it still hadn't cleared insurance. I still haven't heard back from anyone. That's okay, though. Im searching elsewhere and have removed AutoCity as a candidate.

My experience with the company was very smooth. I started the process on Monday and by Friday I had the car delivered to my house. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain the process, I would definitely go through them again for any future needs.

It may be hard to believe, but these guys right here are straight up the true definition of honesty. This is the first time that I have stepped foot in a used car dealership and my experience with Mr. Frank and the rest of the team was positive. I was in a situation where I could've been jammed up and screwed over but their honest and straight up to the point work ethic prevailed. If you are in the market, please give these guys a try.
