So this is a long time coming but I meant to post this last year in 2021 but forgot to. So I was given this doctor by my insurance company I did not choose this physician. This place was a unprofessional. I was in the process of moving to a different country and I had to get a physical checkup before I would be allowed into the other country. I had made an appointment at this clinic and when I went into the clinic for my appointment day they kept the door locked so I knocked on the door and told them that I had an appointment for a physical. The staff was confused as to why I was there and said the doctor only does phone appointments due to the pandemic. I told them that I have a physical exam, that is not something that a doctor does over the phone. I also have paperwork that the doctor needs to sign while initiating the physical exam. They let me in and had me wait in the waiting room. While in the waiting room the staff was talking to each other saying "why is she here?" in a condescending way. A few minutes later one of the medical assistants that was talking about me was the one that called my name into the medical room for the exam even though my appointment was scheduled with the doctor. I never met the doctor. This was the first issue I had with this company. Fast forward a few months, another separate issue happened. My asthma was acting up and I wanted to get medicine to have especially for my PCS move overseas. I asked by phone if I could get the medicine sent to the pharmacy for pickup and they said that I would need to get an appointment first. In need of the medication I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment which was supposed to be a phone appointment. When it came to the day and time I did not receive the phone call so I called them and told them I have an appointment. The staff member said the doctor will call me, its a busy day and the doctor will get back to me. The rest of the day passed with no call back. So the next day I waited and no call back. Then I called on the third day and the receptionist told me the same thing in which I did not receive a call back. Then I get a bill from the clinic emailed to me for the appointment. At this point I was so aggravated and called the clinic right away. I was not going to pay a bill for an appointment that the doctor stood me up for. The receptionist told me the doctor will contact me. Finally, later that day the actual doctor contacted me and had the medication sent to my pharmacy. This was the last time I delt with this clinic.

I wish we could give negative stars. The lack of professionalism in this doctors office is should be enough to shut this place down. I would not recommend anyone ever coming here. Go somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down and the licenses revoked of the medical professionals that work here.
