Mark did a great job in tweaking my new iMac.  He was friendly, prompt and really helped relieve my stress.  I was very pleased!

My experience has been terribly frustrating. i have been told that I have successfully changed my password, but I have only been allowed access to my account twice , every other time I have been told that I have been locked out of my account because my ID and /or my password have not been recognized and I have been accused of submitting too much invalid information! When i complained about being locked out in person, I was told that my account wasn't locked (but I cannot get into it and I want to use bill pay immediately)! I have used the method for resetting my password numerous times to no avail! In fact I am thinking of closing this account and starting over at a different bank. Please advise. Sincerely, Jean M. I've been using Mark's services since before the Mac came out... We were using DEC PDP-11 minicomputers then.  I went down the Microsoft Windows path, Mark took the Mac path, and we've stayed in touch ever since. I do tech support on the PCs and networks, and when I get over my head on the Macs I call Mark.  If I run into someone that needs Mac help I just point them at Mark at mymacguy.com.... and I have never heard a bad word come back to me.   Mark is absolutely honest, and trustworthy.... and his daughter Meg is an excellent pastry cook!
