After our company experienced a computer failure, and we needed some expert help to resolve the crisis after many frustrating hours of attempting it on our own. One phone call to Trifecta IT, and in less than an hour we were back up and running with the awesome assistance of Jim.

We are are a completely digital auto repair shop, my mechanics use tables for our inspections and we communicate with our customers electronically. I had terrible internet, the area of San Diego I am in is a "dead zone' no cable internet available, AT&T fiber is not run to our side of the street, basically I was stuck with DSL ultra slow internet. Zach did some research and found a company that could set us up with a wireless system on our roof that increased our speed 100X what we had. Trifeca came in and installed wireless repeaters so our WiFi was strong throughout the shop, and optimized our tables and PCs. We are up and running at light speed now! It is nice to work with a company that cares enough to actually solve your problems even if they don't make the money. I had been told by every company there was nothing I could do about my internet, but Trifeca found a way! Thank you!

Jim, Steven, Carlos and Abe have been miracle workers for the business I work for. Always accessible and always able to solve any issue s we have. We have made some changes with our computer systems and they come on-site and also work remotely to troubleshoot any problems we have. And they don't stop working on it until it's resolved!!! They are the BEST!
