    This store is not recommended for seniors or non-tech savvy people looking for sound advice and good deals. I drove a handicapped senior friend here because she wanted a T-Mobile phone to replace her dying flip-phone. It was busy in the store and the salesperson, Michael, clearly wanted to get on with business as my friend's budget was tight and he seemed eager to sell more expensive phones to waiting customers. My senior friend was clear that she wanted help setting up the new phone to suit her. Michael seemed not to know what she was talking about. Eventually she bought a new flip phone for $136 out the door. Michael did not take time to explain that the sale was final - that, if she took the phone, there would be no returns or upgrades. Once my friend got home, she discovered that her new phone was not easy to understand or to use. She wanted to return it and exchange it for a newer model, even if slightly more expensive. But when she returned to the shop the next workday, she was informed that the sale was final, no upgrades or exchanges were permitted, and she was now stuck with the phone, like it or not. This is not how you treat senior citizens, or anybody for that matter. The shop is grinding out sales and does not really seem to care how customers feel about service later on. Skip this place, there are lots of others around town.

    Today, I received great service from Ashley. I had been having a problem with one of my favorite apps for months, and a little luck combined with her acumen and helpfulness resulted in a solved problem! I am so happy, and much less frustrated. She has a wonderful, warm smile, and a truly customer oriented focus. She is very knowledgeable about all your cell phone needs. Thank you, Ashley! My favorite app on this phone is working much better now, and I am so grateful!

    This is not a corporate store so theyre not good for returning items. Person in charge not so friendly or helpful They should change the name Of the business to a different one and say that also do some things for T-mobile. Not advertising as a T-Mobile store.

    3 young kids working and one had the worst customer service skills . She had an attitude with me the entire time as I tried to express it's my phone my account I pay the bill every month. She continued to not look at me and be condescending . She didn't try and help at all or be empathetic to my predicament at all . She had no idea my boyfriend had passed away and I really needed him off my account . She just cut me off and was a total inconsiderate person !!! These employees really need to go to more training on customer service and how to be empathetic to the customer !!! I pay 265.00 a month on a bill each month for a month not even used and she wouldn't even help me  and I can't wait to get rid of T-Mobile . I've been a customer for 15 years and this store ruined it for me !!!! Zero stars I would give - if I could .
