T-Mobile

No type of customer service. Store closes at 7 I get there at 645 and the doors are locked and the gate is halfway closed. I wasn't looking to make any purchases or keep them there late, I just needed a question answered. They saw me through the windows and proceeded to ignore me then tried to hide in the back. I knocked again and one person came to tell me they were closed. I asked why when it wasn't 7 and that I only needed help with a question. They told me to come back tomorrow and kept repeating "we're closed" now I can understand the system being closed down and them not wanting to open anything because of time constraints, but for them to not even bother answering a question when technically they were still open shows a complete lack of respect for customers in need. Really disappointed in their work ethic.

I was beyond pleased with the help of Paola, Carlos and of course Sam. Not only did I go in to get a phone activated, I also left out with new home internet. They made our experience interpersonal and went above and beyond with customer service. I will not mind passing 20 other stores just to get the service I received from them. Thank you

Unprofessional staff and manager! You would think everything would get resolved with the manager,...not at this store. I don't know what kind of customer service they follow. I will never come back to this store until major changes take place and attitudes are not directed at the customers. No wonder people are leaving T-Mobile. I'll be in line looking for a mobile company that values, cares and respects their paying (until now) loyal customer.

Horrible Customer service. Visited the La Habra location because my phone would spontaneously restart. It had been doing it for about two weeks. On Oct 27, 2022 it spontaneously shut off but didn't come back on. Tried the restart function but that didn't work. The associate helping me couldn't get it to restart either. Kash ordered a warranty replacement phone & informed me that I would be notified when the phone arrived so that we could do the exchange. Five business days go by & I had not been notified. I return to the store only to be told that they don't have it there & that it's usually sent to the location closest to my address. I told the associate that this IS the closest to my home- only five minutes away. Long story short, my replacement phone was sent to a t-mobile store 20 miles (round-trip) away. And no one there, not even the manager knows how to process a warranty replacement for a Sprint account . Needless to say, a week later and my phone has not yet been replaced. This is unacceptable!!
