First they made me drive to the store to special order screen glass for an S22 Ultra. No need for a special trip, but they insisted.
Then they told me it would be 48 hours to get the part. Never called me. I called 72 hours later and they said, "It hasn't come in. A couple more days."
Two weeks later, they finally call at 12:30 PM and tell me I can come in that day to get the screen repaired. I showed up same day at 4:45 PM, only to be told that although they are open till 7, they don't repair phones after 4PM. When asked why they didn't tell me that at a few hours earlier, all I got was a blank stare.
Came back the next day, only to be told that my screen repair would take TWO HOURS to complete.
I won't be back.
