Ken has excellent knowledge about the real estate market in the area and has wonderful insights into the potential of any property we considered. Ken was also able to help us organize updates and give valuable feedback on renovations we considered on our new home. To top it all off, Ken is an extremely nice person who has consistently checked in after the fact to see if we needed anything. I would recommend Ken to anyone.

I recently bought and sold an investment property with the expertise of Ken, and I wouldn't want to have anyone else by my side through the process. He's incredibly dedicated to his clients and the work he does; he went to extreme lengths to get me approved for a loan, he made sure the purchase and sale price were fair, and he was very communicative with me throughout the whole process. It's very apparent he's an expert in what he does and I look forward to working with him next time!

My spouse and I found the most us home with the help of Ken. Ken went above and beyond, connecting with our broker, the other agents and truly kept us going as we waded the volatile waters of buying a house in Oakland! Additionally, we used a VA loan, which is not always welcomed in the Bay Area and because of his expertise, even the selling agent was impressed how smooth things went. We searched far and wide for our house, in multiple areas throughout the bay and Ken showed up every time with a smile, a good story and a true desire to help us. We truly lucked out by working with Ken! I will be recommending him to every person I know who is in need of a home!

I worked on a project in the bay area for Ken. I should say "worked on a project 'with' Ken" because he took care of all kinds of things to help the client sell. He doesn't seem to be afraid to get his hands dirty, work hard, and complete a task, right then and there, no BS. In 20+ years of being in the construction business, I've never seen an agent like that. He went the extra mile, and then some, for his client. She was very happy with the process and the resulting sale. With me, Ken turned out to be a great guy to work with. He has a good attitude and he is very knowledgeable. I have never before written a review for anything. I am doing so now because I believe Ken sincerely cares about other people's well-being and success. Thats a big deal to me.
