Rick has been an excellent property manager for the home we rent in the Five Canyons neighborhood of Castro Valley. He is always responsive to anything needed to be fixed in the home and worked hard to make sure we were happy in our home.I would highly recommend Rick to any tenant or homeowner looking for an excellent property manager.

I gave Rick great reviews a few years ago, at his request, but also I thought he was doing a good job.  However, in 2020 Rick has changed his tune.  When Covid-19 hit in March 2020 and renters were all struggling to keep up with rent, including myself, his response was "everyone is having difficulty" and he showed no compassion. After that, his response to repairs needed were slow and his attitude was combative towards my unhappiness the work his maintenance person performed.  I would not recommend Rick's "property management" service to anyone.
