Our experience with this shop was disappointing to say the least. We had great difficulty getting the specific information we needed to sign the contract. We finally managed to work through all our questions with her (such as, are candles included in the centerpieces, etc - none of this was clear on the contract). Lisa sent me a text asking about the contract. I told her that I was driving that day to meet my daughter and we were going to sign the contract that night and send the credit card number. When I texted "is that ok?" she wrote back that it was. Later that night we contacted her and she said she met with another bride after she sent me the text and gave the date away. Who does that when she sent me a text saying it was fine? I was literally shocked and all I could say is "I have your text message - how could you have done that?" Beware of this woman, her contracts are unclear and she is very unprofessional in how she treats people. My daughter was sobbing because she had put all her hopes and work on figuring out Lisa's contract but now that I've read some of the other reviews, I'm actually thankful it blew up with her before it moved forward. Bottom line, don't trust her word or her contracts, or her texts.

The Flower Girl is unprofessional and should not service wedding events. I asked for her to do a trial bridesmaid bouquet to see if I liked it or if we needed to change anything (the purpose of doing a trial bouquet). I e-mailed her three times over a period of a couple weeks and was unable to get in touch with her on the phone. When I did hear back from her (2 weeks before the wedding) she said she thought I should look for another florist because I was being so demanding. 2 weeks before the wedding! And we hadn't even talked on the phone. I had sent three short three line e-mails letting her know that the first bouquet wasn't what I was looking for and I wanted to do something else. Once I was able to talk to her on the phone I thought we smoothed things out, I was being very nice. Then on the day of the wedding we didn't get our "complementary" toss bouquet, some of the flowers that she wrote would be in my bouquet were not in there, and we didn't get any of the corsages or boutonnieres we had in writing that we wanted. I confirmed with her via e-mail and I should have confirmed with her better, but she had made me so nervous that she wouldn't do my flowers if I called or e-mailed to double check the order and a week before the wedding can be a hard time to get a new florist. To top it off during this whole process she would tell me she would call me during a specific time and then not call texting me she was with family. This happened multiple times. It would be one thing if I had asked her to call me, but she offered and then didn't call like I was interrupting her family time! All she needed to say was I will call you when I'm in the office on this day and then do it! So unprofessional. I would go with a florist you can trust to help take stress off of you before your wedding not add it.
