Gilson's Dana Point--Monarch Beach Plaza. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they opened another register when there were more than two people in line. It was a nice gesture from the management, making the checkout process quicker for everyone. The store itself has a great selection of high-end ice cream, which makes window shopping enjoyable. I could not resist the temptation and bought a pint of my favorite flavor. What's more, every time I go there, it seems to get better. The store has recently added some new products, and they keep their shelves well-stocked and organized.
Inside the store, I enjoy the fantastic Victor Bene bakery, and I must say, his work is truly the best. He has provided services for our family's weddings, birthdays, and holidays for the past 30 years. I can vouch for his exceptional skills and the quality of his baked goods. The aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries was irresistible, and I always bought a few items for my family to enjoy. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend checking out Gilson's and the Victor Bened bakery.
