Ralphs Fresh Fare

Im pleading for someone from the corporate office to intervene with the store and replace the management to run this store because its their fault. The front end manager with dark hair and glasses is horrific. Shes rude and aggressive. What are you doing? Somehow someway I will get in contact with some corporate people at Krogers These managers not only are horrific themselves They let the employees act horrendous. They want a dirty store with creamer and milk that expires in three days. Thats just one example. Please, Im begging you if you dont believe me hire a secret shopper to go in that store Consistently. Then go to Gelsons down the street or sprouts or even Albertsons Then you tell me that all these bad reviews are just people wanting to complain

The old lady with the accent at the self-checkout stand has some sort of aggression or outrageously high expectations or problems in her personal life she takes out on her customers. Got apoplectic basically because I simply misheard her what self-checkout was working and which one was not. Not the first time shes done it with other customers either. I encourage the supervisor to recognize these bad reviews and address the issue because their lack of response is making it worse.
