Gosh Vans, what the hell happened to your shoes. I have been skating in Vans for 26 years and have had damage from ollie holes to soles worn clean through, and the shoe still held together. Now silly things happen with your shoes like the sole separate from the side wall (on the bottom of the shoe). The past few pairs of Vans I have owned seemed of lesser quality and would begin to fall apart at 6 months. Now this is not from excessive wear, I skate much less than I used too, but instead it is actually from poor manufacturing quality. Don't give me no lip service about exacting standards for shoe quality, it aint there and the proof is in the pudding (uh or shoe). So, thats it Vans, I am a customer no more. Enjoy your extra profits you made by manufacturing overseas. Vans lost the respect from the community that made you guys what you are...the skaters.
