First off, I would definitely recommend Tony for anyone that is buying. My husband and I are first time buyer and have no experience about buying homes but Tony makes the process less stressful. From the beginning when we were looking at houses, Tony gives us the most honest advices about the property and neighborhood that we show interest in. His knowledge about the home buying and selling market is incredible. I was impressed by his professionalism and he makes sure we are getting the best for our money. We ended up getting a home we absolutely love within our price range. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: When my husband and I finally found our dream home, we wanted to make sure that our offer would be accepted in a highly active market. Tony’s guidance helped us tremendously. He advised us to make a non-contingent offer, and even though my husband and Tony combed the basement, it made us a bit nervous. What we didn’t know until later was that Tony returned to the property with a flashlight to reinspect the foundation and all the crawl space to make sure it was sound before writing the offer for us. That was really going above and beyond his duty. The loan officer he recommended to us worked closely with Tony and the transaction went very smoothly.
