I'm very pleased with the professionalism and service that Ramesh Rao provided right from our first meeting to list the house in late August and ensuing advice for renovation and engaging with the contractors to complete the renovation in record time, staging and having an open house which was a success. We got a competitive offer over the list price in a down real estate market. We accepted the offer and the escrow is closing in mid September. The brochures and video presentation he prepared were professional in quality and content. His professional demeanor and knowledge of the real estate market is second to none.
