Prompt, professional and knowledgeable; the prior (failed project) handyman ripped the drywall behind the kitchen sink and was just about to cut the water pipes, thank god i had a bad feeling about it and stopped him, then i called Ray, he looked at the hole in the wall under the sink and said: "pipes problem? hhmm, i don't think so, it's only the faucet", and he was right, no leaking since; Ray also took the time to install a new toilet as well even though i did not mention that when i called. Ray’s Plumbing has been an absolute godsend to me during my mountain house remodel. They quickly corrected a prior plumbers shoddy work and saved my property from flooding in the winter. Ray’s Plumbing carries much more than what is required for insurance so I had 100% confidence in their work. I dealt with almost 25 different subcontractors on this project and Ray’s Plumbing was by far the best company to deal with as they got the job done quickly and correctly and were extremely friendly and professional. They also installed my gas lines and I recently had a pressure test done by the gas company and they mentioned that whoever put the gas lines in did a great job. Ray and his team are fantastic! We moved to the area recently and Ray spent so much time talking us through options for water heaters (talk about patient and knowledgeable). He didn’t try to oversell and delivered beyond expectations. A big snow storm blew in on the day they were scheduled to work, I fully expected them to hold off until it passed, however, they still showed up and on time too! They were so courteous, professional and cleaned up after to the point you wouldn’t know they were there. They also hooked up a gas line to our BBQ. Ray was going down the hill later that day and offered to pick up our new BBQ while he was down there.....it felt like we were dealing with an old family friend. Really happy and lucky to find Ray's Plumbing. I called them regarding a repipe for the whole house because the copper pipes were badly corroded. Ray's quoted me half the price the other plumber company gave me. They did an exceptional job. No more leaks. I give Ray's alot of credit for their hard work and dedication into fixing my plumbing issues. A snow storm was about to hit just a couple days before the scheduled repipe installation. Even though it was a 3 day project. They all worked overtime to make sure my house had running water before the storm. I feel blessed that I was able to save so much money with a quality job even though they were pressed for time due to the storm. Loyalty, value, hardwork, and professionalism.
