    Absolutely ridiculous service trying to look at an apartment in this complex. Last Friday we had a viewing scheduled, we were 10 minutes late coming all the way from LA. We called, apologized and told him we would be late. He told us if we arrived any later than 5.10 he wouldnt be able to see the apartment. We arrived at 5.12 and there was no sign of him there. Keep in mind they close at 6. We called, no answer. We tried again today, on a Tuesday. We had a showing planned and again came all the way from LA. My husband is a tennis player and was really looking forward to seeing the courts on the premises. And the idea of moving our family into this complex. We showed up and was told that because of the weather (it wasnt even drizzling at this point) he wouldnt be able to show us the apartment. He showed us a floor plan on a piece of paper instead. Coming all the way from Los Angeles TWICE to be treated with such little respect is ridiculous. Ive apartment hunted a lot in my time in LA, and this place takes the crown for worst possible service you can imagine. I hope they get rid of this guy - unless this is how they want to treat potential residents.

    This is the best community that I have ever rented in. It has all of the amenities that we value, including washer/dryer in unit, central air, and really nice, new, stainless appliances(refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and flat top stove). Everything was very clean upon move in and we even had brand new carpet. Although the buildings are older, they take good care of them. Maintenance and management are always very responsive, friendly, and take care of any issues we have right away.

    Ive had a terrible experience living here. The female staff members are rude and have attitude when you ask anything. DONT COME LIVE HERE. The gym will randomly be closed at times and no one can access it. When you get the chance to use the gym youll find it very dirty bugs and dust everywhere. The hand sanitizer dispenser hasnt been filled since my 2 years of living here. Another thing if you have any work orders for your apartment forget it. You might as well fix it yourself because it wont get done in a timely matter. The gate to come into the apartments doesnt work unless you have a key card that has to be purchased (for 35$) although theres a code that you can use to come in.
