Understaffed. Poor communication. Terrible customer service. Very inefficient protocols. They do very little for our community. Its like pulling teeth when we need anything from them. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Lordon Mgmt. is by far the worst management company I have ever dealt with. After waiting 23 days for them to initiate corrective measures on a water leak inside their walls, plus numerous phone calls and E-mails they have neglected to contact me to let me know what is taking place so I can keep my tenants informed.

I don't usually write negative reviews but I have never hated any business as much as I hate Lordon management. We're constantly being shuffled around to different community managers who never know what's going on. They don't respond to maintenance requests even if it's an emergency. And they rarely answer calls or emails. I'm not actually sure if they do anything at all. My wife is convinced they're just a scam. If you're thinking about buying a property managed by Lordon, think again.

Came by to say it may take a few years but eventually your entire community will get so fed up with these clowns that theyll turnover the board with the express purpose of firing them.If youre looking for a management company that will enable the worst behavior of your HOA board, Lordon is the provider for you. Their service mostly involves rubber stamping unethical and dubious legality actions, enabling selective enforcement and harassment, and blatantly lying to association members regularly. Youll spend tens of thousands more dollars per year on their suggested lawyers to help specific board members enact their personal ambitions (like securing proxy votes for themselves but not allowing it for other association members), and direct your HOA away from long-standing vendors to their own vendors. Egregious legal violations? Check! Lordon pushed our board to sign off on known discrepancies in financial accounts to simply sweep irregularities performed by a previous board under the rug and move on. If youre out here looking for information on this management company because someone on your HOA board has suggested them, I would fight it with every ounce of strength you have. They are flawed people running a flawed business.
