One Stop Property Management, Inc.

Julie Brooks and One Stop Property Management, Indianapolis have been giving us the runaround for months on leasing a commercial property. We have sent her every document requested and she was very slow and at times unresponsive to communicate with us. Upon further research, I found out the property was seriously delinquent in taxes and the owner was either about to lose the property or sell it. Julie appears to want our upfront money (deposit, first and last month) for the lease yet she did not disclose the fact that if our business leased this property, and it was lost due to taxes, we of course, would lose our money and they would not refund it to us. This company is a SCAM.I am happy we did not engage with this company and anyone currently doing business with or considering doing business with One Stop Property Management may want to find another reputable company that will service their clients with integrity.

I used this company over 3 years and i recommend them , and i was happy with service and stuff were helpful .

One Stop has being managing my property for three years. I can recommend to anyone that is looking for a management property to deal with there properties. They are good at returning your calls and keeping you update. Not once have I had a problem with them.

I was a renter for almost three years.  I would have stayed longer if it hadn't been for this property management company.  They took days to respond to maintenance calls, and I only called when it was something I couldn't handle myself.  We had a plumbing problem as the house is old with very old pipes.  The sinks/bathtubs/toilets backed up at least once every couple of months.  It was a Sunday afternoon and I called the 24 hour line and after waiting hours and  getting no response  I finally called a plumber on my own.  They wouldn't reimburse me for this since it wasn't "pre-approved."  I took excellent care of the house, paid for a lot of repairs on my out of my own pocket, never late on rent and they treated me like I was a bad tenant. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that they wouldn't take care of.  They said it wasn't harmful.  Owners, you will lose good tenants by using this company.
