Chris Chen DDS

I have been going to Dr chen's office since 2020 and have had no issues until his new front office staff came in. Not only idd they try and say i owe for a tooth I'd already paid, but today i recieved a statement from my insurance and they have fraudulently claimed they gave me a denture when no such thing has happened. heck!!! i wish i had a denture!!! Be weary when coming to Dr Chen's now, and KEEP UP with your insurance claims. They will they and charge for miscellaneous treatments THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

Thanks Dr. Chris Chen for being a great dentist! I am impressed with his kindness and patience. He listens to patient concerns and provides recommendations and responses for the best course of action. Also, the office staff is very nice and helpful.

Went to this dentist about a few months back and Dr.Chen was such a good doctor and nice  but wish his staff was a little bit more nice . Manager was unprofessional and was rude to one of her employees. She should really think about yelling at one of employees privately instead of behind the counter.

Went to this dentist for two years and it was nothing but problems. He didn't properly clean my kids cavities before filling them so now they have to have root canals on some of their teeth. He keep saying my oldest daughters were fine but our new dentist just fixed the cavities they had.

Dr.Chris Chen is the Man...his personality is awesome, The staff is awesome. I am probably the most difficult individual in the world to deal with, Dr.Chris did an outstanding job dealing with me and everything I asked for. He is a verry fun dentist to have working on your teeth, makes going to the dentist not so bad..did 3 implants for me verry quickly and verry painless. He is a true professional this guy is better than good, He's Great. Good people. Read what reviews you may but believe me when I say this is the guy you want doing your dental work...he is the best. The staff is also amazing, Accommodated me to fullest degree and worked with me and my insurance to get all of my work done asap. This practice truly cares about helping people and they work with you. Hands down the best dental office ive ever been to and im not talking about the building, Im talking about the people that work there, I wouldnt roll the dice and go anywhere else..this team is amazing.
