Dynamic Dental Design Covina

This is an update to my original 5-star review. I had been there back in 2022 and had a great experience, the staff was nice and knowledgeable, and the dentist did good work. I thought I would be a patient for a long time. I went back just recently in 2024 and all the staff was gone, the front desk girl took my insurance information and never called me to set up my appointment, they used to give you the appointment in advance and call if there were any issues with the coverage or to let you know your co-pays before your appointment. I was there over a month ago and received the approvals from my insurance but they never called me. Also, the dentist's new assistant is pushing extra work, telling the DENTIST what you need, they talk to each other in front of the patient and the dentist leaves the assistant to explain what you need. I feel so disrespected when medical professionals do that because I'm paying the dentist if I have questions I want the dentist to answer them not a 9-month program student. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Please be warned. This place overcharges your account, uses your insurance for other people and violates all aspects of HIPPA.Monique has a bad attitude and cannot own up to her mistakes. She found my care credit info and made a huge purchase without my authorization and stated the rep of care credit authorized her. I came to the office and spent hours here. Walked in off street. Dog ate my denture. Friendly, professional, and understood I'm older lady and can't hear well. I asked if they can text appointments and other info to my cell phone. NO PRONLEM. When they finish with me... Husb as nd getting his smile fixed too
