I stopped by the chocolate day spa and had a massage, it was a great time and the prices were very reasonable

Bad Experience!!! They will take your money and not do the service right! When you get in from the front desk they will tell you the massage service is for 1 hour and when you had the service it is only 40 minutes, I ask the therapist she said they only do 40 minutes massage. And the place is not comfortable, the staff are unprofessional talking and talking with each other. you can here them when you do the service for endermologie cellulite service. Waste of time and overpriced services.

I love the Chocolate Day Spa! A friend purchased a series of infrared spa treatments for me before my wedding last year and I have been a fan ever since. I am a frequent migraine sufferer and have had a history of back pain. Since I started going to the sauna twice a week- I have had ZERO backpain and hardly ever a migraine. The staff is always super friendly and super engaging! It's a great place to visit for your spa treatments!

I worked here as a receptionist in september. These women Don't care about customer service/satisfaction nor your groupon vouchers. They will give you the run around on those. They don't care how bad your experience was, they will not give you a refund. In an occasion a woman came in asking for a refund on her deal of 4 massages a month. They said "no" the elderly woman broke down in tears. It really upset me on how cruel these women were. After seeing that the lady was crying they decided to hide in the back office and told me to deal with it. I decided I couldn't be a part of this cruel and unprofessional place and quit the next day.

I visited Chocolate Day Spa after I purchased a Living Social promotion. I purchased 6 laser hair removal treatments. On my first visit, I waited for over an hour to be seen. Because this was my first experience with laser hair removal, I just thought this was how long people normally waited at a spa. On my second visit, I had a different technician. The pain from the procedure was so very painful; my lip hurt terribly and asked her to lower the intensity. My lip hurt the rest of the day and when I woke up the following day, my lip was so swollen on the one side she had done, and I could not possibly go to work. I called Chocolate Day Spa and was told to send them pictures of what had been done to me. I sent pictures that day and the next. My lip was not back to normal for 6 days. I was scheduled to come back again and was very nervous to do so. A few hours before my appointment, I received a text message saying I would have to reschedule my appointment. I decided that I no longer wanted to receive services from this spa and asked for a refund of my pre-paid services. I have spoken to the owner/manager at the spa for the last 3 weeks on at least 15 occasions. I have been told that she is working on it and leaving messages with the decision makers. I would not recommend this spa. I gave them 3 chances and when I was still dissatisfied, I asked them to make it right with a refund and was dismissed
