I saw a good price and bought a groupon voucher. Been water fasting for few days and I needed a colon hydrotherapy. After I bought a voucher I started calling them since Monday to make an appointment for Thursday because that is my only day off and my schedule is always packed. I trusted their google webpage which says they are open 10am-8pm every day, but nobody was picking up and I left a voicemail, then I left a text message on another phone number which was provided on their website but they only reached back to me on Wednesday and said they are booked for tomorrow and they cannot accept me. If I only knew they are closed until Wednesday I could find some other places to make an appointment but now that will be a challenge to find some place 1 day before. Plus the lady on the phone had zero piece of niceness, she didnt even say good bye, just hung up on me, even dmv employees seem nicer Anyway, I hope the rest of customers will not be treated like this
