Good luck trying to speak to anyone. I may or may not have accidentally left ny GUCCI Glasses at the San Clemente Store. Called the San Clemente store to ask and was immediately shut down by Baily and Natalie. Natalie doesn't know how to answer questions, or relay messages from Baily. Then Baily get in the phone and accuses me of not asking questions???? Umm ok. I lost my glasses and so I called the store to not ask questions???? Man PB I know were in a hiring crisis, but really? A manager who is blatantly rude, unhelpful, and completely nonsensical is beyond me. I'm glad to not shop.at PB again. If you try responding by shifting the blame, then Baily must've got the correct training, wasn't a mistake. I informed Baily I recorded the call. I went to the sheriff's and let someone hear it, and they were also just as confu, if not more than I was. The deputy had to reiterate the situation after that recorded call. I said I called them to ask I can view the security footage because I thought I left them at the register. He laughed so hard and apologized to me for dealing with two people who clearly didn't understand why you called. Just FYI. Least i can play the recording at get togethers for a good laugh.
