Be careful of restaurants that have partnerships with this company. I did not receive a year's adjustment price and tried to resolve the issue, but no one would help me, so I ended up stopping all orders with this company.

As a driver partner for 1 year with Foodja, my overall experience has declined. I called Foodja partner support 14 times in a row just to simply unassign an order. Please add the functionality to unassign orders through the app. Calling to unassign, especially after so many attempts, is a huge inconvenience. This occurs regularly, unfortunately.

As a partner with this company I was lied to about the money I would receive for an order. I had called for my concerns and it kept going to voice-mail. I emailed their accounting department and after one response they never got back to me. This is by far the worst catering company to go along with and I have proof of their invoice they had sent me. They will be hearing from my legal team because this is just straight stealing money.

I just started driving for Foodja about a month ago and I can honestly say this is the most disorganized company I have ever seen. They tell you to come by the office for supplies, but no one is ever at the front desk and the doors are always locked. The only way you can talk to customer service is by email and they have an average response time of 48 hours.
