Terrible Service and crazy stupid customer service. Designer and never had seen a place like this and they dont even seem to care.

We purchased about $12k in plumbing fixtures in November. The actual sales experience was great. Our rep was super helpful and responsive. Unfortunately he left and once Pirch took our money the customer service went out the window. 3 months later and we are still waiting on our items. No one is ever available to answer my questions on when our products will arrive. Ive been given 3 dates now that have come and gone for items to arrive. Each time when deadline approaches Im told not arriving and manufacturer has no date to give us. I actually reached out to 1 manufacturer to confirm product is delayed and was told not true and to cancel order and repurchase from a different distributor. This has been the most frustrating purchase. Ive left messages for managers and my so called project manager weekly but never get calls back just a random text sometimes. I would definitely on my next project never work with Pirch again.

An incredibly disappointing experience. We ordered $200K + in appliances for a remodel. Delays in supply chain and construction are inevitable but a failure of Pirch to disclose that they were not an authorized dealer of certain plumbing fixtures, outsourced the order to a 3rd party and between the two of them completely dropped the ball. When we followed up on delivery some 12 weeks later - no one would return our calls or emails. Ultimately the head of Customer Service had no explanation, barely an apology and we are still waiting on a refund for the purchase they were unable to deliver. A complete lack of regard for client service.

We needed to replace a built-in microwave. Diego took all our info and was able to order and locate an exact replacement immediately. Very pleased with the service that he provided!
