        Three years ago, we changed our whole kitchen to Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products. This was a big mistake. While they are beautiful products and work well when they work it is not worth the repair hassle. These products do break a lot even though they cost 3 times more than other products on the market and they only use Box Appliance for repairs. Box Appliance in So. Cal has appointments booked out months out so you will not have a working appliance for some time. When Box Appliance does finally make it to your home after many rescheduled appointments due to staffing and computer issues you will find the repair staff to be incompetent and unable to repair your appliance. I would avoid Sub-Zero products on the repair services alone. And when you call Sub-Zero directly there is nothing they can do. Good luck!

        I have a BI-36U/S/PH-LH that has leaked on and off for the past 5-6 years. We fixed it couples times,. They sent out people a couple times from Sub-Zero. It still hasn't had a permanent fix, always temporary fixes.
