DOGS IN THE DINING ROOM. Seriously? These were very obviously non-service animals. One of the employees seemed to be of relation to the couple who brought them in, as she came out from the preparation area to hug them,and provided the dogs with water in one of the disposable soup bowls. They were barking and growling at the customers who entered the store! Unacceptable.

I have no problem with Quiznos as a chain, but this particular location has problems. I live nearby so I've given it a few tries, but they always burn the food that goes through the oven and when asked about it they insist that's how it's supposed to be cooked. I can kind of understand if some of the bread turns a bit black, sometimes parts stick out, but if they repeatedly burn the entire side of meat to a pitch black and insist that's done correctly? I'm sorry, but find a different Quiznos or other sub restaurant.
