        The service was great thanks to Natalie,but I ordered a white chocolate macadamia cookie which at the moment didn't know it was hard so me and my daughter ate there NEVER left the store so once I got to eating my cookie it was hard so I asked for another one a softer one but apparently the MANAGER had a problem with that but didn't tell me the customer anything over heard her telling the employees something about it but the customer is always rite. The Ontario store.
