I had bird barrier installed. They were on time, did a great job for a fair price. Oh and they cleaned the panels too. I highly recommend Premier!

Needed pigeons removed and antibird mesh installed. Had Premier Solar Cleaning out to do an inspection where they verified the panels and gave me a quote. Even their tech thought $2300 was high but he said they did quality work and they would clean up and sanitize so I'd never even know they were there. I didn't haggle and agreed to the quote.
When they came back several weeks later, I told the new tech we had just redone the yard and I wanted to make sure we didn't get any debris mixed in with the decorative mulch on the side of the house or the grass where my kid plays. I asked if they were going to put a tarp down, but she told me they would take care of it.
2 hours later, she tells me they made a mistake. My panels aren't compatible with their clips, even though they had been on the roof to inspect them previously. She said it was their mistake and they would atleast clean the panels, disinfect the area and do all the cleanup for free. The panels looked good when they left, but when I checked the side of the house there were bird droppings and feathers everywhere (see pictures). It's mixed in the mulch and all over the grass. I will need to replace the mulch but no way to clean the grass where my kid plays except wait for it to get pushed into the soil and hope no one gets sick.
Now, I still don't have anti-bird mesh, the birds are back to a freshly cleaned area and all of their debris is scattered in my yard. Definitely not my expectations. I know this guy has some good reviews but it looks like the business is too much for him to handle. I'd stay away.
UPDATE: After posting a one star review, they came up with a solution and came back and did the install. As requested, they removed the contaminated mulch.
So far I haven't seen any sign the birds have returned and appreciated the effort to make things right. Services: Cleaning, Deep clean

I have been using Adam since he started this business. WAY BETTER than others! Attention to details and gives system a report of before & after pictures as well as anything noticed in the system inspection. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH good things about Premier Solar Cleaning. AWESOME!

Great Experience! very friendly customer services! they did excellent work on my solar cleaning and install screen around solar panels! they send pictures before and after works!! I am for sure will call them for my solar cleaning again!!! Highly Recommend !!!!
