I have been coming to this establishment periodically for going on 3 years. the quality of service I receive from the them everytime is beyond words. i have a busy work schedule and I often times get too tired to deep clean the way i would like to. Being a single mother of 3 and working fulltime is stressful. whenever i view the results for their work i can do nothing but express my gratitude and appreciation for the way my home looks after it is cleaned by these ladies. i wish i could do more to show how grateful i am. i highly recommend this business. they do not disappoint!

Unfortunately full of excuses. Have since found a wonderful lady that arrives when she says she going to and pays attention to every detail of my home. All house cleaning services are definitely not created equal. Good luck with your business Carla, there are services out there that do a much better job.

I hired this company over a year ago to clean my home the ladies who work for the company are sweet and hardworking but, are overworked due to lack of staffing and crammed schedule. My home is scheduled to be cleaned on Fridays at 11am and they often arrive an hour behind (which is understandable). Today however they arrived over 3 1/2 hours late and when I reached out to the owner for an ETA she blamed it on her first customer for running behind and then tells me that I need to rearrange my schedule because I am scheduled between 1:30pm-2:00pm. When I sent her a screenshot to confirm that she was in fact wrong she messaged me suggesting I find someone else to clean my home. Carla is unprofessional and full of excuses and in the past year changed my schedule several times and raised her prices due to the pandemic and I was accommodating. The original cleaning crew was four women and quickly decreased to two; I can clearly understand why she is losing staff and can't find anyone that will work for her.

I'm so happy I did not read reviews until I came to leave my own review. Had I read these awful reviews I would have missed out on an excellent experience!! I called earlier in the week and was able to get an appointment same week. The crew came Friday afternoon and even still today I'm seeing things they did around the house that normal cleaning crews skip. They cleaned out my coffee maker and dusted the fan nothing in my house was untouched except baseboards and doors but I didn't pay or ask for that. Our house needed some serious help with 3 young boys and me working 65 hours per week it was just to much. I'm so thankful to Carla and her crew they came in and spent about 2 hours and changed the whole vibe of our home. Thank you ladies for an amazing experience. I have and will continue to recommend your services to my friends and family. It's not easy to please me as I pay attention to detail so I must say I'm very excited to have continued service with your company. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
