Alex and Juan came late in the day diagnosed the issue and fixed it all in about 30min. Both gentlemen were very professional but also personable. They wore all proper safety gear and even put on boot covers even when I said it wasn’t necessary. I hope I do not have future issues but if so, they will be my first call.

Each and every employee on their crew went above and beyond to provide quality workmanship, problem solving, explain through out the entire process and I will not use another company, ever.

Yesterday at this time, I Called for a simple rooter service, asked for an idea of what it would cost . Gal said they would be happy to provide an estimate in person but it would cost $20 for the tech to come. But that it would be applied to the service of if we decided to move forward. Agreeing to the fee, of course because I understand the rising cost of fuel, I book an appointment for today. 24 hours later, still no drain, I leave work, excited to get this fixed, Just for the tech to tell me as simple as the job is it's a min charge of $448. Thinking he was kidding I asked again.... He was not. Disappointed for sure at not only their price, but mostly their business model. They did not have to waste everyone's time. They could have mention their MINIMUM fee and disclosed it could be more. sadly, I did not use and I would not recommend this company
