These guys are great. I located them on Angie's list and could not be happier. They installed a new tankless water heater six months ago. It was less than 24 hours after I first called. The young guys who installed it were just so proffesional. We had a slight glitch just yesterday and they were right out. It turned out to be a minor adjustment in the pitch of the vent pipe. The technician Sam made a minor adjustment and once again we were up and running. Fantastic work.

Amazingly FAST, courteous service with great price! Our 20 years-old water heater went out on Thursday night around 7:30 pm. It obviously needed to be replaced. It is old and leaked at the bottom. Water Heaters Masters came highly recommended from a friend. At the same time, I used Yelp to look for more quotes for the project. Interestingly, Water Heaters Masters' owner, Matt was the first to respond!! Very impressed with his fast communication, Thank you Matt. Then Alex contacted me and we set up an appointment between noon-2 pm the next day. The team arrived at 11 and I got a brand new water heater by the end of the day. The crew works fast and cleaned up very neatly. They came prepared!!! Thank you so much for your courteous, and super fast service. Your understanding of the urgency of the issue was very much appreciated!!! I am grateful for my warm shower and your wonderful service. I highly recommend this company. PS. Water Heater Masters did an excellent job installing our tankless water heater. Their crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions. They used top rated materials and yet were reasonable. They left our place clean and hauled away our old water heater.

They responded immediately and explained which kind of ancient water heater I had, which matched what others told me, as did the price. Exactly as quoted even though it took longer than expected due to the layout of my complex. Very friendly and professional.

This place is awesome. Replaced my water heater that was leaking in a timely matter and reasonable price. The new one works great and I would use them again for related services.
