We have been using AJ Bono plumbing twice through the insurance, they did great jobs both times in a very timely manner. Great service overall!

AJ Bono plumbing came to repair our garbage disposal, which would not stop running. I was told they replaced the air switch, however the disposal still did not work. After multiple days of delay, their technician returned to supposedly fix the problem but the disposal still does not turn on properly. AJ Bono then claimed it was actually an electrical issue, so we got an electrician to come out. Within 2 minutes, the electrician confirmed that there was power to the system and the problem is with the components installed by AJ Bono. I have left multiple messages for AJ Bono supervisors to call me back and please explain what is happening and to please come back and actually fix the problem, but they never call me back. Not impressed by the skills or customer service.

Do NOT hire! Their plumbing skills are clogged! Water was backing up in my kitchen sink so I called my insurance company First American home warranty. They assigned AJ Bono plumbing to my case. These guys came in 2 days time and said that they need another way with a camera to go into the pipe to figure out what's blocking it. In short they did not fix it. These guys tell me that he will call the insurance and let them know and then within a day they will bring a instrument with a camera. The very next day I get an email from my insurance company that there is a blockage inside the wall and there is no outlet so it is not covered by my insurance. Hence they cannot help me. What AJ Bono company / Mario told me in person versus what they reported to insurance are two different things. I did some Google search and finally decided to buy a bottle of clog remover from Amazon of Amazon brand for seven bucks.I followed the instructions on the bottle and within 20 minutes. The clog was clean and the drain is fine. This is my reason for the one star. I wish I could give these guys something lower. As far as the insurance company, First American home warranty is concerned, I canceled my membership with them. Don't get your case assigned to these guys. There is nothing to call about. You guys had a chance to fix this and ended up giving lame excuse.
