I couldn't have higher praise for Martin, the "rat guy" as we call him at our house. He answered every call/email/text speedily, provided clarity on the charges and the process, showed up on time with confirming communication, and immediately addressed our little live-in rodent family as humanely as possible. I am a property manager and have worked with bed bug infestations. Long story short, we recently took a trip to Hawaii and after returning, I started to get bit by spiders. After spraying, I continued to get but and feared that we somehow possibly brought back bed bugs from our trip. I know what to look for and could not find a trace of any evidence but that was not enough to calm my nerves. Two nights ago at 8:30, I contacted Mohawk Pest Control thinking I would get a response in a day or two. Marty immediately contacted me and listened to me rant for 15 minutes of my concerns. He said he could come out as soon as possible and we set him to come out and inspect our home this morning. Marty was professional and detailed in his search. He informed me that he did not find any trace of bed bugs but offered additional services if this was not enough to calm my mind.
