Contra Costa Termite

Wish I could give Contra Consta Termite more stars - they continue to be great to work with. We had a few more scares after our treatment (holes in hardwood floor, saw a live termite in our house that likely flew in from the outside) and they came back promptly each time within their warranty window to check things out. Every visit here, they spent ample time explaining things. I recommend them to all other homeowners I know that need termite control in the East Bay. Specific kudos to Jen on being so responsive and putting us at ease about termite issues at every step of the way.

Great company for your termite repairs! Had the opportunity to chat with Jen to discuss repairs, expectations, and price. Received the best quote from them, and the repairs done by Mike were great! Can't say enough good things about Mike; he's professional, does a great job, and really cares about his work! Highly recommend these guys!

We recently had CC Termite Control do some repair work on our foundation.  Termites had eaten away at a support beam and they replaced it.From the first, they were professional and honest.  Joe made solid suggestions and explained why they were needed.  There was no "upselling," or trying to talk us into services we didn't need.  The quote was thorough, with optional services and clear pricing laid out.The guys that did the work (Mike and Angel) were amazing.  The job was hot and difficult, but they worked hard and did a great job.  They were excellent with communication and let us know the progress and what was coming next. We're thrilled with the work, and the price was more than fair.

I would highly recommend if you have noticed signs of termites. We had a little pile of sawdust near our window on the floorboard. I called and spoke with Jen. She quickly had Joe come out to do a free estimate. Joe was on time, thorough and thoughtful in giving me the options of how to get rid of the termites. We ended up doing a local treatment and Mike was beyond efficient and clean. The whole team made the bad luck of getting termites manageable.
