I rented a scooter from this place because I have a broken body. I am younger than their average mobility customer (and less grumpy), so I am aware of being overlooked or seen as a "helper" in stores rather than the one who needs the device-- but not here! Me and my invisible disability were treated with respect, they gave clear instructions, had fair prices for both rentals and purchases, and let me practice a couple of times on my new "toy." When I returned the scooter, they came out to my car and helped me wheel it in. Very nice staff who laughed at my jokes-- it's the little things folks! Thank you for a stressless experience.

I took the motor/clutch for the Probe Mobility scooter to be repaired. They needed to order a part. It was repaired timely, and the scooter is back on the road.

Came here to get my moms ramp fixed and now its more broken than before. As someone who relies on their wheelchair accessible van, this isnt acceptable. Will be going somewhere else to fix what they broke and somewhere that stands by their work.
