Excellent experience. We needed our stair lift quickly, and 101 was very responsive and got us set up with an early installation appointment. Ray the installer changed his work schedule to help us get the day and time we needed. He was friendly, expert, and helpful. The place we needed the lift installed was too narrow, but Ray came up with a solution and we are very happy with the result. He kept us involved in the whole process to make sure we got what we needed. High-quality workmanship as well. I would highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone with needs in this area.

Whenever our electric chair has an issue we call Mobility 101 for service. When Eli is dispatched we know our unit will be fixed, cleaned and serviced. His customer service is outstanding and trouble shooting skills exceptional .
