I have ordered from this store for delivery three times. I ordered the pepperoni pizza melt, cinnamon sticks and a 20 oz. Pepsi. Each time the delivery was brought my soda was never delivered. I called the store each time and all I received was attitude and saying that they could only do store credit which I didnt want. The manger gave me attitude and blamed it on the DoorDasher for not picking up my soda when picking up my order but then said that when the Dashers picks up the order they hand them the order. When I called yesterday about the same problem I kept getting put on hold. When I told them that this was the 3rd time this happened their response was Oh well maybe my people arent checking the tickets like they are suppose to and Ill have to make sure that they are checking the tickets when orders are being picked up. Their costumer service is horrible and I will no longer be ordering from this store ever again!!!

I'm not really a piece of eater but they're okay they could do better still I still don't like that way sometimes some days is to know who's working so I'm going to work is okay someone just have your bad attitude and when they're doing something wrong they don't want to take their fault for it especially when they burn your pizza and you get home and find out your pizza is burnt they don't want to recommend you another pizza that's not cool for me and they had children in there before that should not be in the back when people is working. I believe that's a safety hazard.

This Pizza Hut is good. Their pizza is delicious and well made. They have nice customer service. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this location.
