I really enjoy Taft's Pizza Hut! The workers are friendly and their pizzas are the best in town!

Most of the things are fine pizza has been so so lately only issue i have is when I call i get hung up on everytime before I get to say anything every time I call and especially now that i made a carryout order but won't be able to pick it up wanted to let them know that my mom was in the area and would be picking it up and to not give her a receipt i get them electronically anyway it's literally only would the 5 stars if they would answer or stop hanging up on me this is a personal experience I'm sure there will be people saying well they answer for them and the people they know who call in this has happened to me every time I call

I didn't hate this place! I called ahead and asked that my food be ready for pick up at a particular time and it was ready a few minutes after I arrived.

Our pizza and wings were dry. There was no flavor on either and both the pizza and wings made us feel like puking. We threw an entire pizza minus 1 slice and both sets of wings minus 1 out of each in the trash. It was a waste of $40+

After delivery, the young man returned to my home with additional wings. He explained that there was a mix up and we had previously received wings we had not ordered. We had not opened the original order yet and did not know. Pizza Hut had corrected a problem before I knew it existed. The young man was very cordial and polite, and represented Pizza Hit in a very positive manner. Thank you.
